Which is the efficient chemical peel to treat Melasma?

MelasmaMelasma is skin disorder and many chemical peels are now available for the treatment. These chemical peels causes in depth injury at a specific skin that stimulates the new skin growth and improves the skin appearance and texture. The comparative study was done between three chemical peels such as 70% glycolic acid, 35% TCA, and 1% tretinoin to test for efficacy and side effects. Results showed 65%, 59%, 50% reduction in MSI score in glycolic acid, TCA and tretinoin respectively. Considerable reduction was observed in all three chemical peels with different side effects.
