Pressure ulcer (PU) is a common complication after SCI which Physiotherapists needs to treat on an urgent basis. This case study reports the combined effect of LASER therapy and ultrasound for the extensive PU in a young patient which resulted in complete recovery within 12 weeks. PU was around 24 cm2 in length and breadth and 1.9 cm deep. Patient was treated with LLLT and Ultrasound for 12 weeks with required dosages. Assessment was done with the help of PUSH scale.
